An advancement in regenerative therapy utilizing connective tissue matrix, GrowFX® is intended for homologous use to fill space and provide support.
Connective Tissue Matrices function as a filler and support to voids throughout the human body1.
Connective tissue matrix consists of fibers, proteoglycans, and glycoproteins. The specific type of these macromolecules are determined by the body area the tissue is native to1.
Amnio Technology’s proprietary AdvanTek ® process preserves the original relevant characteristics of the connective tissue matrix. The process allows those relevant characteristics of the connective tissue matrix to be delivered in a flowable form that meets the various clinical needs of tissue filling and support.
WHERE DO THE TISSUES COME FROM?
GrowFX® product donor tissues are recovered with sterile equipment, using one of the safest recovery techniques to minimize contamination.
Connective tissue matrix are procured in the US, through a network of qualified and trained recovery partners, following stringent screening and recovery protocols. All products are processed aseptically in accordance with current Good Tissue Practice (cGTP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
Donors are prescreened through an intensive and complete medical review. Communicable disease testing is performed by a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) registered and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) laboratory. A Donor blood sample is taken prior to or at the time of recovery and tested for HBsAg, HBcAb, HCVAb, HIV1/2 Ab, HCV NAT, HIV NAT, HBV NAT, RPR/STS, HTLVI/II, and WNV.
